3 easy sharing dishes to celebrate Galentine’s Day
If you haven't heard of it, Galentines Day is, in our book, one of the best fake celebration days that the internet has created for us (it was actually "born" from TV show Parks and Recreation's character Leslie Knopes - all the way back in 2010... the internet did the rest).
Celebrate the incredible women in your life
Get on the phone quick because 13th Februrary (yes, the women come before the men) is the day for you to gather your gorgeous girlfriends and share the love over a glass of wine and some fab food.
Here’s 3 easy sharing dishes for a glorious Galentines night.

Happy Hummous
Make your own hummous in minutes with our easy recipe. It tastes so much better than the shop bought stuff. Pimp it by:
...drizzling over extra virgin olive oil
...whizzing in a tablepoon of sun dried tomatoes or roasted peppers.
Quick canapes
We always keep some Rahms canape cases (available from Ocado) for these kind of emergencies. Fill them up with all sorts of tasty toppings for naughy nibbles:
...cream cheese and smoked salmon
...feta and chutney.
Mini baked potatoes
Grab some miniature potatoes (we like the ones at Waitrose), roll them in olive oil and salt and bake for 45 mins. Cut a criss cross into the top of each and gently squeeze to open them up and top away. We love:
...sour cream and chorizo
...tapenade and roasted cherry tomatoes
...sun diried tomato paste and feta.
