Perfect peanut salad dressing
- Simply whisk together the crunchy peanut butter with the soy sauce, unsweetened mirin vinegar and honey.
- Add a dash of tabasco to spice it up and season to taste.
- To make the sauce thinner, just whisk in a bit of water.
- Stir into a cold julienned vegetables like carrots, courgette and red onion for peanuty slaw (see photo).
- Serve as a dip for chicken and vegetables.
- Drizzle over roasted vegetables.
