Preserved Lemon Chicken


  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a big bowl.
  2. Throw in the chicken thighs and stir 'til they're fully coated.
  3. Marinade for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile preheat your fan oven to 180 deg C.
  5. Transfer to an oven dish and bake the thighs for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve either as a canape in portions on skewers or as a main course sliced on rice with pomegranate seeds.
